The Academy is provided by Athletic Club Orca for soccer players and families.

Use it only for lawful purposes and with accurate information.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your account secure.

A Player Profile should describe the player it belongs to.

Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding what information and film they provide.

Player Profiles for players under 13 must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.

A Player Card is created from submitted soccer film and is intended to give players and families a clear starting point.

Player Card and Session information should be used as soccer development context, not as the only basis for decisions.

Do not submit film unless you have the right to provide it.

You are responsible for the film and information you submit.

AC Orca may process submitted film and profile information to operate, provide, protect, and improve The Academy and the product experience.

This includes producing Player Cards, reviews, Sessions, and service history, and protecting the service.

Some features require Pro.

Pro features may include additional reviews, more Sessions, and deeper Skill detail.

Paid access is billed through Stripe.

You can manage or cancel Pro from Settings, if available, or by contacting AC Orca.

Billing records and legally required records may be retained as required by law.

The Academy does not guarantee selection, recruiting, scholarship, professional pathway, development outcome, or future opportunity.

Player Profiles are private unless AC Orca explicitly releases a future sharing feature.

Use accurate information, submit only film you have the right to provide, and do not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.

You can request account and data deletion from Settings, if available, or by contacting AC Orca.

Billing records and legally required records may be retained as required by law.
